Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customer responsibilities
It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information, ensure goods are securely packaged and comply with transport regulations.
Prohibited items
We do not transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods.
Liability
We are not liable for delays outside our control or issues caused by incorrect information.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at booking.
Courier Service Policy
Coverage
We operate across the UK for same-day and next-day courier services.
Collection & delivery
Same-day services are subject to availability, collection times may vary depending on location and our delivery routes are planned for efficiency.
Failed collection or delivery
If collection or delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect address provided, no access and/or the recipient is unavailable.
Please note: For a failed delivery in the above cases additional charges may apply and delivery rearranged.
Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured
We have courier insurance, goods in transit insurance and public liability insurance as standard.
Standard liability
Unless otherwise agreed, liability is limited.
Packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are:
Properly packaged and suitable for transport
We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
High-value goods
Items of high value must be declared before booking, additional insurance may be required.
Exclusions
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses or the loss of profit or business.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made as early as possible, late cancellations may incur a charge
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be given for:
Completed services or failed deliveries due to customer error.
